All our individually customized exercise programs are based on the latest research available to provide the best care for your condition.

The aim of our exercise class is to allow you to exercise pain-free, enhance the quality of your life and prevent recurrence of your injuries.  We do not believe in a one size fits all approach or standard treatment for similar conditions.

Our 5-sessions exercise program is designed to address your specific needs and condition.

An individual or small group class format ensures that you will receive sufficient attention, and hands-on guidance or treatment from our physiotherapist, thereby delivering a better quality outcome.

The class content would include:
–  Pre-class screening with education and advice
–  Functional and progressive exercise program
–  Home exercise
–  Supervision and guidance
–  Treatment if required
